BQool updates product information after receiving the GetMerchantListingsData report through the MWS channel. For FBA listings, the data report will be sent to BQool every one to two hours; for FBM listings, the data report will be sent to BQool every four to eight hours.
There are times when we might experience a small report delay. For example, if it is a recently uploaded listing, the report might be delayed for up to 96 hours.
