[Setup and Basics] Creating Email Templates

Instead of recreating emails every time you respond to a negative review, work more efficiently by creating review related templates to store responses you frequently send to buyers.

Select Review Central > Marketplaces > Review Templates. This will lead you to the Email Template management page.
Note: Templates are created separately for different marketplaces.






Go to Email Templates

Select Review Central > Marketplaces > Review Templates. This will lead you to the Email Template management page.

Add New Template
You can click on the Add New Template Button to create new email template.
Edit Details
You can select a created email template and select the Edit Template action to revise your email template. Once activated, a email template pop-up dialog will appear, and you could start editing your email template.
Copy
You can make a separate copy of the email template. The second copy will have Copy in the template name.
Preview
By clicking Preview, you can see what the email will look like when your customer receives it. A separate window will pop up.
Send Test Email
You can send a test email to yourself to preview what it looks like when your customers receive it in their mailbox. The test email will be sent to email used to log in to your BQool account.
Delete Template
You can select a created email template and select the Delete action to remove your email template. Once activated, the email template will be deleted from the list
