Manage orders

Navigate to Orders > Marketplaces > Manage Orders.
You will be able to see a list of your orders. We will only download the shipped orders, so our order total does not include the cancelled ad pending orders.

See more about each order by clicking Actions > View Details.

We will download 30 days of orders prior to activation for Repricing and Review Central users. We will download 60 days of past orders for Feedback Central users. More orders can be downloaded upon request.

Schedule order reports

Navigate to Orders > Marketplaces > Schedule Order Report
You can have BQool download order reports at regular intervals, at a certain time, or none at all.

After you select a download schedule, click Save.
