Getting Started: My Account
You can find your account settings under the My Account tab.- Set up marketplace
- Set up user permissions and add new users
- Update company details
- Update or change payment method
- Manage subscriptions
Set up user permissions and add new users
How to add a new user permission
- Click My Account > Manage Users. There you will also see a list of users associated with your account.
- Click the Add New Permission button.
- A form will pop up. Fill out the form. Enter a name for the permission next to Permission Name.
- Select the users this rule would apply to.
You can use the arrow keys to move users:
>> : moves all Available Users to Selected Users.
<< : moves all Selected Users to Available Users.
> : moves the selected user from Available Users to Selected Users.
< : moves the selected user from Selected Users to Available Users. - Select the level of access for this permission.
View Only: the user can only view the content but cannot change the content.
View & Edit: allow the user to view and change the content.
Use the selections next to *Select Permissions to edit all sections. - Click Save to finish.
How to add a new user
- Go to My Account > Manage Users.
- Click the Add New User button.
- Fill in the form.
- Enter the user's email and name. Then select a permission for the user, or add a new permission for this user.
- Click Save when you're done.
Update company details
Go to My Account > Company Details to enter your company information. This will be used for payment information.Update or change payment method
Go to My Account > Payment Method to change your payment method. The changes will take place for the next billing period.
Manage your subscriptions
To add a subscription, follow the steps below:
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions to manage your subscriptions.
- Select which Marketplace you want to add a subscription for.
- Select the product you want to purchase.
- Select the plan suitable for how many listings you have.
Check the sidebar on the right, under Plan(s) currently subscribed. You should see the added plan. - Click Checkout when you're done.
- Enter your payment information.
- When you're done, click Confirm Payment.
To change your product subscriptions:
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
- Select which Marketplace you want to edit subscriptions for.
- Select the product you want to edit subscriptions for.
- Select the plan that you want, and the one that is suitable for the number of listings you have.
Check the sidebar on the right, under Plan(s) currently subscribed. You should see your old plan crossed out, and your new plan will show up. - Click Checkout when you're done.
- Enter your payment information.
- When you're done, click Confirm Payment.
To cancel your subscriptions:
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
- Find the product you want to cancel under the Current Subscription.
- Move to the Action, You should see the option to cancel the subscription.
- Click on the subscription will take you to the Confirm Cancellation page. All you need to do it click on the Confirm Cancellation button.
- Once you see the subscription successfully changed message, you are done with cancelling.
