Frequently Asked Question

Manage your subscriptions by going to My Account > Subscriptions.

To change your product subscriptions:

1. Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
   
2. Select which Marketplace you want to edit subscriptions for.
   
3. Select the product you want to edit subscriptions for.
4. Select the plan that you want, and the one that is suitable for the number of listings you have.
   Check the sidebar on the right, under Plan(s) currently subscribed. You should see your old plan crossed out, and your new plan will show up.
   
5. Click Checkout when you're done.
6. Enter your payment information.
   
7. When you're done, click Confirm Payment.

Note: we DO NOT accept e-Check from PayPal. Please make sure that you use instant payment from PayPal, such as direct transfer or pre-register credit card.
