On the condition that the customer didn’t downgrade their plan, why is the number of the repricing-enabled listings greater than the subscription plan limit?

There can be three causes.
1. The customer downgraded the plan.

2. The customer closes the listing in Seller Central and reopened it later on. The setting of the listing will re-appear on the BQool end.

3. If the customer used Bulk action to enable repricing on multiple listings at once, the system can’t determine if amount of the repricing-enabled listings will surpass the subscription plan limit. However, the IT department has fixed this issue. There will be an error alert message to notify the customer that there is a need for a plan upgrade.

When the customer attempt to enable the repricing on a number of the listings, which surpassed his subscription plan limit, does the system display an error message?

A: Yes. There will be an error message, seen illustrated below.

When the system updates the old listings and detects that the number of the repricing-enabled listings exceeds the current subscription plan, the system will pause the repricing continuously on listings until the number of the repricing enabled listings meet the plan limit.

The system will pause the listings based on Create Date. The system will only enable repricing on the latest listings.
