[Internal Training] How to Troubleshoot Bulk upload Spacing Error Issues?
Last Updated 6 years ago
Customers will always complain about the spacing error in the .txt file they submitted to the BQool end.
To troubleshooting it, please always ask for the the client's original excel spreadsheet and the original .txt file.

Scenario 1
Firstly, check on the processing report to locate the affected listings.

Take the listing in third row for example. We can spot there are 3 extra spaces under Enable Repricing section.

I suspect customer input values under the K and L columns before for calculation purposes. Even though the customer removed them before saving the file, the system will still mark those two section with spaces.
To solve it is simple, just delete them and save the file later.

Then, you will get the .txt file with only one space under enable repricing column.
