Question:
The CA subscription is Active Cancel. The customer plans to purchase the US marketplace only.
When checking out, why can't the customer remove the unwanted US marketplace? The US marketplace is still existing in Recurring Payment section.
Answers:
If customer purchase US marketplace, the designated marketplace will appear under Order Details Header. The Active canceled CA marketplace will still appear under Recurring Payment header to remind the customer that this subscription is available until the end of billing cycle. The current CA marketplace is still Active Cancel. If customer doesn't plan to renew the subscription, the subscription will become Canceled at the end of its subscription.
