[Setup and Basics] Email Campaign Filters
Last Updated 7 years ago
Filters: There are many filters available to target more specific customers. Please remember to select the correct options after toggling one of the Filters.

The top three filters are basic options many of our users decide to toggle on.

For example, if you have a batch of low-quality products that you want to sell at your break-even point or just clear some of your inventory. If the list price is set at $1 to $5, you can specify the number for Min $1 to $5 dollars. With this, the system won't send solicitation emails to the orders within the price range.

Please select the countries that you want to exclude or include sending emails to.
For example,
If you want to send emails to repeat buyers in the US, please include the Repeat Buyers filter and Include the product recipient country to be the US.
If there are 5 orders placed in the past 30 days and the recipient country is the US, the system will only send emails to these 5 Buyers.

To include only the Buyers left positive feedback in the past.
If the customer has left 18 Negative reviews but has left positive feedback before, the system will still target this customer and send out the solicitation email.

In order to have all of the Positive Feedback integration filters toggled on, you need to first toggle on the filters listed in the Picture below.

Based on some of our effectiveness analysis, we found out that there are different factors causing buyers to leave neutral or negative feedback to sellers and various reasons for late shipments.
We’ve noticed that the outcome of the email automation feature’s ability to target users who left negative or neutral feedback has become insignificantly effective and it doesn’t really help to resolve buyers’ concerns. Given this, BQool decided to remove the filters for these three scenarios: Contact Negative & Neutral Feedback Buyers andLate shipment Notice, starting from November 19th, 2018.
After November 19th, 2018, to contact buyers who left negative and neutral feedback, users can sort out the neutral & negative feedback in the feedback Section and contact them by clicking on Action > Contact Customer to reply to the buyers who left feedback via email, directly from BQool. Users can also create email templates to expedite the process of
sending emails to their buyers.
