You can mark feedback status based on its progress. The following is a description of each feedback status.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Pending Reply | Waiting for customer to reply |
Pending Resolved | Waiting for customer to remove feedback |
Resolved | The customer has removed feedback. Final status Note: Feedback will automatically be marked Resolved if it is removed. |
Unresolved | Issue cannot be resolved. Customer refuses to remove feedback. Final status Note: After 60 days, feedback can't be removed, so feedback will be automatically marked Unresolved. |
Closed | The issue doesn't require any action. Final status |
