You can mark feedback status based on its progress. The following is a description of each feedback status.
Status Description
Pending Reply Waiting for customer to reply
Pending Resolved Waiting for customer to remove feedback
Resolved The customer has removed feedback. Final status
Note: Feedback will automatically be marked Resolved if it is removed.
Unresolved Issue cannot be resolved. Customer refuses to remove feedback. Final status
Note: After 60 days, feedback can't be removed, so feedback will be automatically marked Unresolved.
Closed The issue doesn't require any action. Final status
