After consulting with IT, the Amazon order report will only provide one "Full name" field. However, it doesn't distinguish the difference between the "First name" and "Last Name" fields.

The reason why BQool provides the "First name" and "Last name " variables is because our system can recognize the first name and the last name by utilizing the space between these two fields, for example, Magnus Wang.

However, we often notice that Amazon might change the name sequence of the Japanese customer to be reversed.

For example, the full name of a Japanese customer is 鈴木 一郎.” 鈴木 is the last name. 一郎 is the first name. However, sometimes, in the Amazon report, the name sequence will be reversed to "一郎 鈴木."

This will cause the system to misidentify the first name field and the last name field. Namely, Amazon only provides us with the full name information. BQool will always separate the full name into two fields. "First name " and the "last name" by using the space in the middle to differentiate the two.

Given all the information, the IT of BQool decided no matter which name variable that the users put in the template, either First name / Full name / or Last name, the variable will always be presented as the full name in the final preview of the email and in the sent email.
