When the Email Notification alerts are enabled for Negative Feedback Received or Removed as presented below, the system will send the email notice to the designated receivers.


The users can go to the "Email " > Send Emails> Input the designated Email Notification receiver email address in the search bar.
Subsequently, the search result will display the notification alert sent history.
