Here is a Ticket Manager Check-up SOP to you for future reference. Please make sure to check the following before submitting the IT ticket.
- Did the user actually add BQool email to Customer service Email?
If so, please provide us a screenshot of it from Seller Central.
- After the Ticket manager is set up correctly, did the user receive a new ticket from buyers? If so, provide us the new customer inquiry received to date and the inquiry from Seller Central after they have set up the Ticket Manager.
